We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our client’s team in Chatswood for a full-time position.
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day reception duties and managing office services on-site.
Availability:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Snapshot of your day:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain internal phone listings, speed dial numbers, and management contacts.
- Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors, couriers, suppliers, and visitors.
- Provide friendly, professional service that meets client expectations while building strong rapport.
- Represent ISS professionally and responsively at all times.
- Utilize company resources efficiently and manage costs in line with the office services budget.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and handle general administrative tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by your manager.
What you must possess:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an operational office environment is desirable.
