We have an exciting new opportunity to join one of our global clients specialised in technology as EHS Co-ordinator located in Sydney CBD employed on a Permanent Part-Time basis.

About the role

This position is required to work with and support the team with the delivery of EHS operational services across Australia. This role encompasses work on some targeted improvement projects whilst providing support to EHS related queries.

Shifts: 3 days per week, 9am to 5pm

Hourly rate range: $45-$46 per hour 

 

Here is a snapshot of what you will do:

  • Make arrangements and coordinate Fire Fighting Training, First-Aid Training, Safety Committee Representatives Training and other EHS trainings.
  • Undertake the management of Fire Drill for company’s site annually with the Landlord.
  • Workplace Safety, Health & Fire Inspections.
  • To facilitate and coordinate all periodic EHS Committee Meetings.
  • Upkeep and maintain all EHS documents and records.
  • To facilitate the review and update of Emergency Preparedness & Response (EPR) program.
  • Crisis / Incident Management.
  • To conduct new employee orientation when requested by HR Department

What will you possess to be successful:

  • Previous experience in EHS environment is preferable.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Customer service and able to work within a regional team.
  • Ability to utilise Microsoft computer packages.

COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
