We have an exciting opportunity partnering with clients across the NSW North Coast. You will provide vision, leadership and drive the contract portfolio performance to maximise business growth, profitability and overall responsibility to provide a healthy and safe workplace for all users, employees and contractors on our client's sites.

This role would suit a motivated professional who is passionate about community and aim for positive outcomes for site users.

 The Position:

• Manage and maintain close working relationship with client representative and ISS
• Manage the delivery of facility management services within contract scope
• Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements
• Manage the application of asset management plans of the facility to ensure all compliance are met as per contract scope
• Manage and achieve budget revenue
• Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients, both external and internal
• Ability to lead a customer focused team, communicating the ISS vision, building culture and drive success
• Demonstrate a commitment to HSE and positive attitude to reinforce safety
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance ISS processes and implementation ideas for ongoing improvement

What will you possess to be successful: 

• Tertiary education in facility management, business or similar qualifications would be highly regarded
• A sound understanding of cleaning
• Experience in the delivery of presentations to various work groups
• Competent in carrying HSE risk assessments and Incident investigations
• Leadership ability
• Ability to solve problems and making decisions
• Previous Defence or military experience highly desirable
