Type: Full-Time
Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off

About Us:
At ISS we are at the forefront of service innovation and delivering top-notch services to our mining and resources clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager, to lead the operations and support the team in cultivating and developing a superior guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Manage: Oversee day-to-day operations of specifically allocated departments across the Village, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, safety, and compliance. Departments include but not limited to Housekeeping, Grounds, Transports & Aviation
  • Optimize Processes: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, boost productivity, and attain KPI’s
  • Drive Projects: Manage applicable resources & people to ensure on-site Village expansion projects, are completed on time and within allocated departmental constraints.
  • Foster Team Success: Mentor and lead a team of dedicated professionals, creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain rigorous safety protocols and ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5 years minimum in operations management of large volume facilities. (Within the energy, utilities, or resources sectors highly desired).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational and service excellence.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of operational implementation strategies to enhance productivity, systems management, labour & costs.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and implement process improvements.
  • Communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive Change: Look for continuous development opportunities to enable growth.
