We have an exciting new opportunity to join one of our global clients specialised in technology as a EHS Co-ordinator located on Kent Street in Sydney employed on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
This position is required to work with and support the team with the delivery of EHS Co-ordinator services across Australia.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Support the consistent application of EHS policies and standards across Australia and New Zealand through coordination, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Assist with the coordination of incident and near-miss reviews, including collating information, preparing documentation, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of EHS training activities (e.g. general safety, emergency preparedness, ergonomics and first aid), including scheduling, attendance tracking, and materials management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety training, incident reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support site inspections and audits by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and tracking corrective actions to completion.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of annual Evacuation Drills at each location in collaboration with local site representatives.
- Coordinate Safety Committee meetings in line with country legal requirements, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Crisis Management Team when activated.

- Customer service and able to work within a regional team.
- Ability to utilise Microsoft computer packages.
- COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
