We are seeking experienced Cleaners to join our team at the prestigious Bond University located in Robina, Gold Coast.

We have multiple Part-Time roles available with varying duties and responsibilities. Please see below for current opportunities.

Night Shift Cleaner:

• Shifts will consist of working Sunday – Thursday, midnight – 7:00am.
• Clean and maintain the public amenities such as toilets, bathrooms, kitchen areas and classrooms.
• General cleaning of university facilities accessed by students, teachers and visitors.
• Maintenance of cleaning records and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers.
• Work autonomously with little supervision.

Housekeeping attendant:

• Shifts will consist of working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm.
• The role will be responsible for cleaning of student accommodation areas.
• Carrying out standard housekeeping duties; cleaning bathrooms, toilets, vacuuming and mopping hallways and spot cleaning rooms (does not require changing bed sheets).
• Maintenance of cleaning records and adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers.
• Work autonomously with little supervision.

Minimum Criteria:

• Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial or hotel.
• National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high level cleaning with an eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job.
• Professional presentation and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
